New York – The State University of New York Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Chance M. Glenn Sr., Ph.D., as the 10th president of Buffalo State University. Dr. Glenn, whose appointment is effective July 1, 2024, is a professor of electrical engineering, who has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Houston-Victoria since 2019.
