Department of Homeland Security appoints new deputy CISO

Washington, D.C. – The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has appointed Amanda Day as deputy CISO. Day brings 16 years of cybersecurity experience to the role. She has been with DHS since 2016 and previously served as an information technology specialist with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for eight years.
