South Carolina – Jim Crosland has been made the permanent city manager of Cayce. The Cayce City Council unanimously made the appointment. Crosland brings more than 26 years of state and local government experience to the role. He has previously served as the city’s interim city manager, deputy city manager and assistant director of the Cayce Department of Public Safety
