Mary Scott Nabers will be a featured speaker upcoming P3C Public-Private Partnership Conference and Expo 2016. The event, hailed as one of the largest gatherings of government and industry development professionals, will be March 7-9, 2016, in Dallas.
This year’s featured speakers include both public agency officials and industry practitioners.
